Best ever homemade tiramisu from our Montalcino cooking class
1. Mix the egg yolks with sugar until a soft cream is reached.
2. Add the mascarpone, be careful not to dissolve the texture, for a few mis.
3. (Optional) Add natural flavours (e.g. almond, rum) or a few drops of coffee.
4. Place the cream in the fridge for a few hours.
5. Dip ladyfingers in expresso and layer with the cream. Alternate for a few layers.
6. Sprinkle the top layer (cream) with cocoa powder.
7. Leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
